The Rugby Match Day Lunch at Westcombe Park RFC was a wonderful celebration of sport, community, and supporting Love of the Game (LOTG). Hosted by the generous, warm, and welcoming team at the club, the lunch brought together club members, rugby enthusiasts and the LOTG team for a fantastic day.
The afternoon kicked off with a delicious lunch, where guests enjoyed great food and conversation in the company of guests of honour: rugby legends Simon Shaw, Zinzan Brooke, and Serge Betsen.
Following the lunch, everyone headed out to watch Westcombe Park take on Sevenoaks RFC on the pitch, with Westcombe Park securing a 20–12 victory.
The day concluded with an engaging Q&A session with the rugby legends, giving guests the chance to hear their insights, stories, and reflections on the sport, player safety, and the importance of supporting initiatives like LOTG.
